• This option is guaranteed for citizens of European, American, and many other countries.

• Some nationalities must apply in advance, so check before you travel.

Prefer to arrange everything before you travel? You can apply online:

• Visit the official Tanzanian Immigration website: https://visa.immigration.go.tz/guidelines

• Processing takes up to 10 working days.

• Most visitors apply for an Ordinary Visa (50 USD).

• U.S. citizens must apply for a Multiple Entry Visa (100 USD).

If you are from a Referral Visa country, you must apply at least 2 months before your safari.

• You cannot get this visa on arrival.

• Approval may take longer than standard visas.
